05 TL Driver's Seat

I have a question regarding the seat/s in the 05 TL. I live in the midwest by the way! I seems like it squeeks as you move around. It is basically on the right side of the driver seat. I know it's cold here now, but is this normail? Should I have the dealer check it out? Also, do you guys know how long the warranty is on interior parts? Seats esecially! Very well appreciated~ Thanks

I'm having the same problem as you are, I think. Only thing is mine isn't so much "squeaking" as it is "creaking". It's definitely mechanical, and when I brought my car in for the routine Service A oil/filter change, the technician checked it out and now they're going to order in some parts to rectify the problem. It's covered under warranty, so hopefully it'll get sorted out once the parts come in.

*LOL*

Actually, I'm about 185 lbs, and a touch over 5'10". I hope it's not my physique (or lack of it) that's causing this problem!!

I occasionally get a squeaking sound on the right side of the driver's seat if I move around in the seat with the seat belt on. I have found that the squeak comes from the seat belt hook up as it rubs against the seat. I put a felt pad on the back of the seat belt latch where it comes in contact with the leather seat and the squeak is now gone.

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion and all, but whether or not I have the seatbelt on, that side of the seat constantly squeeks. I need to have Acura check it out and thats it!
