05 TL with 80k miles

How much would you guys pay for an 05 with 80k miles? Carfax is clean, navi and both interior and exterior look alright. 80k is a little high and the transmission weighs on my mind a bit, but I've test driven this car before and it shifts smooth as silk.

Independent, or dealer?

Arcadia is down in SoCal, correct?

About 15-17K because its a dealer. Over 80K miles so they can't certify it. Don't worry about the trans. I worked in the service department at an Acura dealer here in NJ for 2 years and never had an 05 in for trans replacement.

Good to know about the trans.

so 15k-17k, anyone else wanna make a bid? Sounds like TLs hold up better than I thought at high mileage.

Edit: Since I'm buying from a dealership, should I still get an inspection done? Its a BMW dealer, not Honda/Acura, but they say its checked out (obviously). Drives smooth, too.
