Has anyone tried to install a 07 type s front lip on a 05 TL front bumper, I know it can be done and some cutting will be needed and I wanted to do this mod for a while but I'm not sure what fog lights I will have to use either the oem type s but then which wire harness the 03 accord? Or do I use eBay fogs with the type s front lip

The EBAY accord fogs will ONLY fit the base models 04-06. The type s and base 07-08 fogs are slightly larger and have a bigger more flat housing.

So I will need the 07-08 fog lights but what about the wire harness, will the oem accord Wire harness work?

No reason you can't get it to work

Just get a universal harness from KC Hilights. That's what I did, and it worked great.
