If it's the ABP TL in RI, looks like it needs some paint work and check to see if the timing belt service has been done. If not, may be $800/$1000 to have it performed and add in the paint/body work and go from there. Also accident 10 2009, but that shouldn't be a deal breaker as there are many vehicles that have had paint/body work, just make certain the paint still matches after all these years. It's been in the Northeast it's entire life, so check the undercarriage for excessive rust.

That seems like a low price to me, I paid 9,200 for my 06 122k AT , but that's in NC, and for some reason the TL's here are way more expensive than in other parts of the country

I just bought one for 8900, 04 silver 6spd. No accident, doesnt need anything except cosmetic work, especially now LOL. Seems a little low so just get it checked out first. I also live in Philly though and cars are spightly more expensive because of that.
