04 TL Navi Delayed till November?
I just heard from a dealer that Auto Navi's are delayed until November besides the 6spd.:wow:
Speculation was that Acura is rolling out the higher volume units first.
Any confirmation from dealers or factory people?

There is so much speculation going on. I guess we will find out in October. Although if the demand is high on this car regardless of any delay before hand, people without deposits might be waiting an extra month.

That's not surprising, given that many people think as I once did abou the navi...a useless $2k toy. Of course, I've come around and think it might be useful. I also agree with those people who say the center console in this car looks better and more balanced with the navi than without.
OTOH, if this news is true, maybe I should change my pre-order. I'd really like time to play with the car before it starts to snow in November.

A dealer in the know on A-TSX . com indicates they have heard of no delays in navi cars, and no one else has verified this rumor. I doubt we'll hear anything official until 6 October, so sit tight, everyone!

Called my dealer today, since I have a 5AT/navi on order. He said that no one had notified them of this delay, but that he would call Acura on it.
He said his particular dealership had known "for months" about the 6MT delay...
