I have a 2004 Honda Accord v6 6-speed manual transmission what Acura lsd 6 speed transmission could I use for my accord motor

You can use the 04-06 6MT transmission from a TL as a replacement. Should be a direct bolt-on.

I would think it is going to be easier to find another 6MT from an Accord rather than find one from a TL, considering the value of the 6MT TLs.....all of this just for LSD?
