This question has probably been asked a million times, but i couldn't find a thread on it.

are the OEM tails and the depot ones almost identical? or whats the difference? b/c the price difference on them is huge!

The OEM ones are, as you said OEM. The DEPO taillights are aftermarket. I know the chrome bezel on the DEPO taillights is a little darker than the OEM ones, that's why I bought those. The fitment on my DEPO taillights are pretty much perfect.

^^ What he said. I bought a set of the 07/08 base Depo tails and there is no difference in color with those, however, the fitment wasn't 100% perfect, but it's definitely not noticeable. I think the problem is more with the screw mounts...they seemed to not line up perfectly so I just lightly tapped them so they would fit the holes exactly. I'd buy them again if I had to.

I thought the OEM were darker? I may be wrong...

I've read the DEPO's are more dark than OEM.
