Im gonna be honest here. You have no chance against him. Even with the comptech blower he would still walk you. The car is tiny, his power to weight ratio is way better than the TL-S.

If you can memorize his mods like this, then you should know better

Im guessing with his mods hes got the same hp as you if hes running a built 4 cylinder.

Is this the OHC V6(178hp) or supercharged OHC 4cyl (158hp)?

I'm not really familiar with VWs but "Stage 4 ported/polished SC" already sounds a bit scary. And he has cams, a s/c pulley, and it looks like he redid the whole head. His car is chipped too, and if he dyno tuned it, I am pretty sure he will smoke you. It looks like he would be pushing as much or even more to the wheels as you, and he's got a 5-speed I believe, and probably several hundred to a thousand pounds less weight than you.

He probably runs low 14s or high 13s, not good enough to outrun an NSX.
