*PICTURES* You choose.
**MOD EDIT**
I wanted to ask you guys which would look BEST on an NBP..
Some things to consider: The turn signal housing has been modded in 3 different ways...
1. Clear: will decently reflect turn signal bulb light.
2. Blacked: will poorly reflect light.
3. Partially blacked: semi-reflect light with a smoked effect.
4. Red "diffuser" retained: The best option as it is still factory.
Some issues I have with the blacked and partially blacked housing, I have 48LED bulbs and that bulb is pretty large, and it's white, which means it'll stand out a lot in black housing. Just something to consider.
But practicality aside, which aesthetically will look the best on an NBP?
A
Opinions: There is too much white, not enough black, looks like an "altezza" ebay tail.
B
Very interesting variant, but I have no red parts on my car anymore and the red lens would stick out like a sore thumb, not to mention, it looks like a red light is on the whole time But this option would yield best reflection of the turn signal bulb.
C
This is what I am leaning towards... the turn signal bulb housing is still black and will still SOMEWHAT reflect the blinking light...
D
By far, the NICEST variant yet. But only in the night-time will you see a red blinking light. Also, the white bulb itself will stand out a lot... so I'm not sure. But this IMO is the best in terms of looks... This mimics how I tinted my tails, except the same color application is inside the tail, not outside on the lens.
And this one is for you guys who put chrome door pillars, chrome strips along your tails, chrome strips on your bumper, etc!
JK, that's not even an option.
Here's a photoshop of my car but here the turn signal reflector (07-08 base tails) was also painted black but that completely gets rid of the turn signal light. But this best mimics this option:
Which would you say would look best?

Note: The clear turn signal "diffuser" you see in the first picture is from an 04-06 all red tail I believe.. so if you want that option, you'll need a set of 04-06 base tails.
Or you can remove it and leave it "diffuser-less" but it will not reflect light as effectively.
If you have 07-08 base tails, you have all red trims; this is what I have and I'll probably black out all the red, removing the turn signal diffuser.

i like the last pic "the my car" which is stock. black and red is a nice color combo and the two white bars in the break lights give it contrast cuz its a black car. safety first, then looks!

I say option E....
I know you don't have an E, but hear me out. I don't have the knowledge of the testicular fortitude to do this yet, but how about this:
Find out how to get the LED's in the tail light to blink in the brighter mode, and use those as brake lights and blinkers. Then you can either:
1. Black out the turn signal completely
or
2. Use the turn signal for reverse lights, and get a CDM license plate holder
But if I had to choose from above, C.
