TL-A-Spec

So i buy a set of Tein SS from this guy VITEK for $600US. it's been over a month and he's been avoiding my phone call and hasn't been online since he sold them.

If anyone can help me out with this, it'll be most appreciated.

If this would to happen you anyone of you, i hope members here would stick up for each other. This has been happening on other forums and there has been helpful members who would help another to retrieve their lose, and i'm hoping someone here would do the same.

how much of a reward if i drive to his house? im not too far from new castle? haha

but who knows. maybe this guy died or something. dont accuse him just yet unless you know the whole story. it's innocent until proven guilty...although i tend to change my thinking of that saying when i get ripped off

Did you send him the money in the mail? Was he to ship them to you in the mail? If the answer if yes to either one contact the Post Office and file a complaint for mail fraud.

You could also contact your local police and file a report, as well as contact the police in his city.

I tried to contact vitek when TL-A-Spec told me what happened but I never got a reply, so I hope these threads provide some help.

This same thread was posted in 4 forums, which is usually frowned on by the admins, but due to the nature of the request I will try and leave them open for another day or two. At that time I will pick the thread that has the most positive replies and leave that one open and close the other three.

Please limit your replies to helpful information or comments, if possible.

what payment method did you use? If you used paypal...i think you can file a claim.

So exactly what happened? You paid him $600 and he never sent anything? or is there something wrong with suspension?

Also what would you want the person to do? Just verify that he's alive? or tell him to get online and call you?

Someone should just leave a note on his house door and car saying:

"Send the Teins or refund the money....This is your first warning....We are watching you".
