So, I found a 17 RLX, tech package, with only 5k mi, that was a fleet vehicle. Am having it transported to
local CarMax, have not bought it yet. What do you think ? New tires ? (dry rot ?), extended warranty or wing it ?

I do not believe you can get Acura care anymore, it is 2017 car, it is pretty reliable except the battery!

 

Yeah. I actually can get Acura care (checked with the dealer), but I wasn't thrilled with the price. I guess I can get it because of the low miles and longer powertrain warranty and the fact it's from carmax.

 

if you can get Acura care check where everyone is buying Hyannis Honda.

Or call Sean directly at the number on that page. I bought the Acura care warranty for my son's ILX there and it was the lowest online price I could find at the time. I got the quote online, but bought it over the phone.

 

Right, yes, thank you. So the weird thing, my local Acura dealer will do it but Sean won't, Sean said he must be backdating the service contract. Sean also said, at 5k miles, maybe I don't need one, lol.

 

So I can get Acura care from my local dealer, but is way too expensive, which means I'll probably wind up with a cheaper third party warr.
