My RLX lowered+ Vossen CV7s + Pictures

So finally made some time to share my progress with my RLX. After looking around and waiting for months I got my hands on some Bc Racing coil overs. My biggest complaint about the RLX used to be the clunky stock suspension & I can say the car feels way better with Bc racings system. For comparison I would compare the feel similar to the TLX now. I had some Vossen CV7s laying around so I decided to try them on. Let me know what you guys think. BTW these pictures are from an iPhone 6 and not the best quality I will take some better pictures soon.

Ride height is a little low for my taste but the wheels look awesome.

I love the height, but never have been a fan of dark wheels. (Just being contrary.)

I have coilovers on my current ride, not lowered as much. It took a while for me to get used to them, as on more significant imperfections in the road they really punish you, but now I love the level ride through the corners, and the improvement in cornering. I could not have the coilovers if I lived in the north where the freeze/thaw cycle of winter would make the ride unbearable all the time.

However, I do go thru tires, faster, as I take corners so much more aggressively. I did learn that I am happiest with all season tires on the car, because the summer tires I had on before was just too harsh a ride for me. Now I think the ride is better than most stock suspensions offer. But that may be a self fulfilling belief. My coilovers (like your Bc's) are adjustable, and I spent a good 6 months playing with the settings to get them where I was satisfied with them. Since I don't ever track my vehicle, I have played with the settings very little after the initial adjustment, and now I usually migrate back to my baseline every time I decide to play with them, some.

I like the wheels but not the ride height. Just my preferrence, but as long as you like it that is what matters. Enjoy.

Nice. What are the specs on your wheels & tires ? I am looking at getting a set of BC coil overs with the swift spring upgrade for my 2015 RLX as well and then some new wheels and tires.

Love it & can't wait to get some BC's for mine as well.

When you were lowered on the stock wheels, how bad was the rear camber? Did you notice any difference with the PAWS?
