Received a recall notice in the mail today. Says it is for certain 2019 RLX Sport Hybrids for a fuel pump module that may have out of spec impellers. This could prevent the vehicle from starting or cause it to stall. The impeller could absorb excessive amounts of fuel and deform. This could lead the fuel pump to stop working.

Also the check engine light may illuminate as well as the vehicle possibly failing local emission inspections. Of course the fix is free. Just have to find the time to get to the dealer.

 

Seems like it should be the same issue for my 18 RLX sport hybrid? I will be on the lookout for the recall for my model year.
