It's "P-AWS" and no, they're the standard Base wheels on the Base and Navi only models. The Hybrid has Standard 19" that are different form the current 19" wheels on the Tech-Advanced RLX's.

The wheels on the second photo just above are definitely different. I noticed that recently on the Acura website. I wonder if they are changing wheels on some trim level or if perhaps that is an optional wheel. Looks great, IMO.
