I wonder... if you asked them, if they would have to divulge who is paying for/using the information they gather? Alternatively, you could call customer service at Acura and ask if they are using LW/Adler Weiner Research to do customer feedback interviews.
If it is Acura looking for feedback, then it would certainly make me feel better about sharing a comprehensive list of what I do and don't like about the RLX ownership experience. Your long-standing participation in this forum makes you qualified to share not only your own valued opinions, but summarize the thoughts and opinions of other RLX owners/forum members as well. This would at least leave you with the feeling that you may be helping to shape future Acura models
