Certified Precision Acura
I recently got a 2020 RLX SH certified Precision Acura. Do certified owner receive anything from Acura for certified welcome kit? How do i check if the vehicle is actually certified or not? Thank you

My 18 RLX was CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) back in 2019 when I purchased. Acura might have added the title of Precision Certified for their spin to mean the same as CPO? The CPO certification is entered into the Acura system and can be used with any Acura Dealership. It should also work with any Honda Dealership; but, I haven't tried. I "think" I got a generic CPO booklet; but, I don't remember if it had any additional info specific to my RLX? You have the option to decline the CPO certification for a discounted purchase price. I don't think they will discount the price by much since they performed the certification process.
Looking at the "Acura Certified Pre-Owned/Acura Precision Certified" web page seems to be no changes with my CPO from 2019 (the clock starts for all warranty coverage from the original sale or lease month & year from the very first purchase):
182 point inspection
Powertrain: 7 years/100,000 miles (up from 6 years/70,000 miles)
Non-Powertrain: 2 years/100,000 miles (up from 4 years/ 50,000 miles)
No change with EV powertrain warranty of 8 years/100,000 miles
First scheduled maintenance free
3 months of free Acuralink
3 months of SiriusXM
$0 deductibles for repairs
I used my CPO warranty once already for the rear window shade when it came off its tracks. The CPO warranty was charged around $1500 to replace the rear shade I never use; except, for showing off (20% tint on rear and side passenger glass). The shade would have stayed broken if I didn't have the CPO warranty. I just added Acuracare to my 19 MDX Adv Sport Hybrid for 5 additional years and 120,000 miles. You should (at a price) have the option to add or replace with Acuracare if you want the longer coverage (not 100% sure if they would). I don't see any differences between Acuracare and CPO with powertrain/non-powertrain coverage?

+1 on getting Acura Care (regardless of the "certified" warranty). Lot of things are simply not covered by the certified warranty where Acura Care has lot better coverage and you are looking at about $1300-$2000 depending on how many years, and what mileage you want.
Note that you may have less than a year to get Acura Care warranty, because one important requirement is that the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty 4yr/50k... if it is not, you are out of luck on Acura Care...
