I would assume you could get them from Acura/Honda
Discount Tire could also be a source.

Are they already mounted on wheels? If not, the shop that mount/balances them would have them, I'd think,

https://www.acuraoemparts.com/oem-pa...ms-42753t6na01

Use code acurazine for 5% off. You can search the part number on google and see if you find it cheaper with shipping for all 4:

42753-T6N-A01

You can also use any TPMS that has the same frequency (I think it's 433hz) - there's no difference between OEM and aftermarket in this case (though here I am saying that while I went and got OEM ones).

Yesterday I installed on my 21' RDX A-Spec new winter tires, new rims and new aftermarket TPMS sensors 42753-T6N-A01 (from Ebay) and looks like ECU do not recognize them. Now I have error message on dashboard. Discount tire have no clue what to do, they told me to go to acura dealer..

They are self learning, I installed similar aftermarkets 2 years ago on my 19'RDX Tech and they work like charm.

I had a friend with connections at dealer, so I got the OEM for $143, with the 4 nuts and washers, they synced instantly in my new wheels.

Per my receipt, here are the required parts:
Sensor: 42753-T6N-E02
Nuts: 42754-TY2-A81
Washers: 42755-TP6-A81

Sensors ending with part # A01 is for the spare, or accessory wheel, but think its the same.
