Anyone can recommend cheap all season tires for a 2021 RDX Plat Elite ? I’m considering buying used ones but would like some advice before doing so.

I don’t want to spend too much as it’s getting old and will be giving back the keys in a year. Also I don’t believe extremely expensive tires will make it more comfortable.

Hmmm, a 3 to 4 year old RDX is getting old? Anyway, I would find a local Walmart, PepBoys, Costco or BJ’s and do some price comparisons. They will try to upsell you to brand name tires (Michelin, Goodyear, Firestone, etc.) but if you stay with their branded tires you will at least get a feel for the lower price range.

 

I wouldn't recommend used tires if you have sh-awd because the system works better with similar tread depth for all four corners with rotations/X-rotations. You can do 2 new tires across the axles and keep that pair together with front/back rotations with sh-awd. You can also run into issues with used tires with previous flat repairs, more road noise from worn tires, reduced snow/wet traction if the used tires are too worn, or unusual tire wear patterns from suspension, alignment, or under/over inflation issues from the original vehicle.
