Sunroof and sunshade one push button not working

Did anyone have this issue? Normally the sunroof and the sunshade will open automatically by only one push. Now I need to hold the button in order to open. And the sunshade won’t open with the sunroof. Weird.

That's definitely a problem. Make sure you're pressing the button all the way to activate the auto-open, just like your windows. If it doesn't work, contact your dealer for repair.

I had similar issue once about 10 months into the ownership and went back to dealer to reset the sunroof. The Technician also lubed the sunroof, including the rubber seal.

I pressed all the way til I heard the second click. It doesn’t open automatically.

did they fix the issue? Is it a easy fix ?
