Steering wheel control (maybe related to Infotainment System)
I purchased 2019 Acura RDX month ago and it was fine until yesterday. I start encountering some issues maybe related to the Infotainment System. I am posting there to get some help.
Steering wheel left control: 1. The power button does not seems working 2. The voice command display "Speech recognition is not available" 3. When I click the "scroll wheel', it flash "Audio off" 4. Volume control stop working Infotainment System: Some system setting stop working and flash "The selected setting cannot be loaded, please try it again" I performed the "Full Data Reset" but it does not working. Does anyone has these issues? |
Update status
After the around 24 hours rest, the issues are magically resolved.

This sounds like one of those infotainment bugs from the "my infotainment freak out moment" thread.
If it happens again and often, someone suggested to try reset everything to factory default. For me, I found that the infotainment normally works fine, if I do not put navigation on the main screen. I don't use Car Play and I seldom connect the USB drive to play music from it. |

Yes... I know it will come back again. Fortunately, there is no safety concern.
