Buttons on left hand side of steering wheel stopped working

Buttons on left hand side of steering wheel stopped working
It's been almost two weeks since the last issue happened and fixed itself before I could make an appointment with the dealership.
Today after leaving work I noticed the volume toggle, station changer and power button for the infotainment systems stopped working. The volume / power knob still work and the touchpad works fine, but it's yet another annoying thing that's gone wrong with the car. I'm just hoping this fixes itself like the last issue so I don't have to waste more time at the dealership.

I went to go pick my wife up from the train and everything works normally again. What a nutty car sometimes

Mine is doing this now as well....those exact three buttons. I guess we'll see how long it takes before it pops back.

Fire it up this morning and now all buttons work, as though nothing happened. FML.
