2019 RDX Advance, converted to A-Spec
Bought this used last month, I was torn between an advance and A-spec. I really liked the exterior styling of the A-Spec but could not do without the features I would miss out on with the Advance. Not to mention the red gauges on the A-Spec are not my thing. Since purchase I have done the following to the car.
- Acura running boards
- Acura splash guards
- Acura lower bumper Trim front & rear
- Acura black chrome badging
- 20% tint on front windows & sunstrip
- Full A-Spec trim swap (except for the front headlights)
- Wrapped the side mirrors in gloss black
- 4 inch exhaust tips (resonated, sounds a little throatier)
- Asanti ABL-21 Leo in matte graphite silver 20 x 9 +35mm
- Continental ExtremeContact 275/45/20
- Ceramic Coating

Nice work and nice looking ride. But if you wanted both packages, why not trade in your 2019 for a 2021 PMC version? That way you would've gotten all the packages including A-Spec and Advance interiors.

Trek...good point I guess. I have an A-Spec and miss many of the features of the Advance. I have not really paid much attention to the PMC version and didn't realize it is basically an Advance with and ASpec package laid on top of that...(besides the "hand built and orange color exclusive to the version, etc.). Not sure I would be crazy about the orange on the RDX...although I bet on the NSX it is pretty amazing. I see 2 RDX PMC's within about a 4 to 5 hour drive from me. I know opinions go both ways, but I just don't see buying another Acura with the TRUE-TOUCH system. Obviously not a fan.

Thanks! I do like the PMC but I think the Orange color on the RDX is a little much plus I would most likely have to buy the PMC brand new at 50k+ and I got this for 35k with 23k miles on it.

2022 RDX Aspec Advance - the Best of both Worlds
Thankfully, Acura introduced the Aspec Advance with the 2022 year model, and I snagged this one right off the truck the day it was delivered to the dealership. This is the real deal with no accessory / badge level ups.
