why not head to the dealer where they can address the issue...?
at best, we can only guide you on troubleshooting....ie; we cant really do anything over the internet....because we can't physically touch and troubleshoot the vehicle ourselves.
Did you try turning it off and turning it back on again?
Have you looked through the settings and menus in the onboard computer?
Have you read the owner's manual?

Make sure you didn't turn the system "Off". The push button switch for the Sensor's is on the lower Left side of the dash.
Parking Sensor System (Large "P" on Switch)
Turning the System On or Off
With the Power Mode in "On", press the parking sensor button to turn
the system on or off. A Green indicator
light appears on the button when the
system is ON.

Thank you for your help
I did download the owner manual from the internet and sure enough, the sensor system had been turned off.
touched the right button, and now working fine.
