Hi, I just purchased a Canadian RDX, and am trying to get it hooked up to AcuraLink. After countless calls to dealership, there seems to be progress. AcuraLink support says that the Canadian VIN needs to be converted to US for app purposes; and dealer says they don’t know anything about this. Does anyone have experience with this, and if it’s even possible?

 

Hi, where you ever able to figure out what needs to be done to convert AcuraLink on a Canadian RDX to work in the US?
