Would this be covered under warranty?

Was washing my 22 Aspec/Advance this past weekend and noticed this when wiping down the driver side door on the inside:

This looks like something is up with the door edge guards? These were already pre-installed when I purchased the car. When I wiped this part down to dry it off it peeled off. This car is ceramic coated if that makes any difference. Would the dealer fix this under warranty?

Well, to answer my own question, YES. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it under warranty. They said the door edge guards were not installed properly by the dealer I purchased it from.

That's affirrm Apollo 13. When the door edge guards were installed, the silicone (painted) coating in the insider of the door were pushed off. The silicone caulking needs to be reapplied and painted. The dealer should fix this under warranty. Good luck.
