My wife is considering an 2021 Acura RDX all wheel drive (her other option is a Subaru Outback limited XT) . We are most likely looking at the standard package (with All wheel drive) but we may consider the technology package.

We live in Los Angeles. I was wondering what we can expect for a reason price below MSRP in our area for a RDX AWD with and without the technology package .

Not in LA but we used the Costco deal...$250 over invoice. I'd assume it's the same deal everywhere but maybe not.

I would head north or south of LA to get better deals. I typically roam into Sherman Oaks to Thousand Oaks or down to Orange County/Mission Viejo area to get great deals. No one in LA was willing to match the deal I got at Mission Viejo and Thousand Oaks when I purchased my 2 Acuras over the last year.
