Trailer hitch wiring?

Trailer hitch wiring?
I had a hitch installed on a 2022 base AWD, when installed the shop quoted me $150 to $500 for a pigtail to connect external signals to and couldn’t quote me more specific without “opening it up.”
Anyone know if it’s easy to run a connection for brakes and turn signal to a hitch? Would be great if there was a kit, I’m ok with getting under the car and tapping wires, just not sure where to start looking.

It’s very easy. E-Trailer.com has everything you need. It’s all plug and play and they have install videos to follow. Your shop is trying to rip you off. Did mine myself when I had my 19 RDX A-Spec. No splicing required.

Anyone else know of a setup to get brake/turn signals onto a bicycle rack?

Ouch! I have purchased 3 hitches for 3 different vehicles from E-Trailer and never paid over $170 for any of them. Good company, great prices, and excellent customer service. Glad to help.
