Seattle Snow - No problems!
We had roughly 6-10+" of snow in Seattle. Temperatures stayed around 32 and below. Snow mode -- no problems! Made it up every hill of all grades, never had issues backing up in the snow on an incline, turning was a breeze, etc. Just on the OEM continentals.
There were no moments where I felt the car was really slipping or having problems. I drove on fresh snow, slushy snow, icy snow, etc.
Hills here usually have 20-40% grade (fairly steep). Here's a rough idea (not my picture, but one from last week or so):
