Prices Paid and Offers Accepted 2019 RDX

To everyone on this forum... try to purchase from the local dealer if possible. Looking at issues in new '19 RDX, its best to buy local as they can stand behind it. I purchased from other dealer outside of my area and now even Acura Client Relations team is suggesting to visit dealer (not the local) for all defects. Imagine you buying from 4 hours away and have to make multiple visits for such issues.

Okay, so I got an A-Spec SH-AWD white on black for $45,250 OTD. All the haggling was done over the phone via calls or text. I got it from Pohanka in VA. I am in Maryland. The dealer near me (Hunt Valley) wouldn't budge from $47,416.68 and seemed very incredulous about the offer from Pohanka, like they did not believe me. I have an 05 TL so I did couldn't get the loyalty which would have taken me down to $44,250 OTD. I did get the maintenance package which covers all routine maintenance for 4 years or 48,000 miles which was an added cost to the OTD price. Apparently it's 60% cheaper up front rather than spending point of service and should be honored nationwide. I am not sure if I feel duped about it yet but I can cancel at anytime based on the contract (especially if dealer near me gives me a hard time to honor it).
So far it's leaps and bounds better than my ride. It feels upscale. Ride quality is very good. The technology on this vehicle is impressive. I do here some minor intermittent rattles coming from the dash. So far it's not bothersome.

I went to Acura Springfield in NJ today and most they can give is 8.3% off msrp. Then I walked out for sure.

I don't think I'd make that trip from NY for that. I came from outside Baltimore and it was close to 2 hour trip one way. However the sales dude said he gets lots of people from NY. Apparently they are the biggest Acura dealer in the US (not sure if it is just sales bluster).

If I don't have my 2013 honda accord for the conquest incentive of $1,000, I also only get roughly 8% off. I asked several dealerships in NYC area since beginning of Nov, that is all lowest they can offer. But with the incentive, the lowest offer I've gotten so far is 10.3% from Rallye Acura. I'm waiting to see if any new incentive in December and will make my decision soon.

Do you guys think 38k for OTD for a FWD + Tech is doable. (No accessories)
Im basically going to ask the dealer for 10% off MSRP which is 41495. = $37,345.50
+BS Fees: $499
+Tax, Tag and Title in my state: $555.00
Total:$38,399.50
Was gonna offer $38,500 - don’t really care if I get laughed at but it’s inline with russianDude’s theory of 10% off MSRP.
With not many posters posting Just FWD + Tech and people getting AWD + Tech at 40500-41000 OTD.
Dealership current offer here in Charleston, SC is $40,549 for fwd + Tech OTD.
am I way off and looking to get laughed at?

If I'm right, only one person from this forum claimed he got 40500 to 41000 OTD for Tech AWD from DCH Montclair Acura.
I called the DCH Montclair Acura and emailed them for several days, they won't go lower than 40500 selling price plus tax and doc fee of $499

I rejected their $39,300 offer and will probably accept $40,000 selling price plus tax minus $1,000 incentive for Tech AWD from Rallye Acura in Long Island if nothing else lower than theirs in NYC area. Actually I have same offer from Paragon Acura (close to my home), but the salesperson is just too pushy and rude.

DCH quoted me 40,194 for Tech AWD which included their doc fee. In other words everything except tax and tags. This was mid October. Many times you just have to catch them when they need to sell.

If you're in NY - I did my research and was at Rallye and they gave me the best price (and they were pretty nice). But, I brought my best price to Huntington and they stood up to my previous phone conversation and beat my best price. No haggling, just the deal.
I got my Aspec for 42,900. + tax, plates etc. No destination fee. I'd recommend them

2019 RDX Tech package FWD
New to this, but found this forum very helpful when researching pricing. Purchased a 2019 RDX w/ tech package at the end of October in Houston, TX:
MSRP $41,495
Dealer discount ($3,070)
Base price: $38,425
Drive out: $41,284
Was this a good price? Don't see too much on this forum about Tech FWD prices.

Here is my update.
I finally picked up a 2019 FWD Advance RDX the day after thanksgiving in SoCal.
I called around 7-8 dealers and finally found one that knocked off $4,200 off MSRP!
I also got around 25% off accessories and free install but they wouldn't budge on throwing in accessories for free.
OTD price including 9.5% sales tax and fees etc came out to 47K

Picked up mine from Rallye Acura for Tech AWD MSRP 4,3500,
Selling Price 40,000 plus tax (8.875%) docs fee $75 and DMV minus Conquest Discount $1,000 (Total 4350 discount)
Trade in 2013 accord sport 9,000, OTD 33K
Paragon Acura and Island Acura are offering the same but not lower . (Brooklyn Acura is the worst, don't even bother to call them if you are in the market in NYC area)
The buying experience is 3 out of 10. (I picked Rallye becoz the reputation I heard from this forum). The salesperson was still trying to play games with me when i was there the second time and ready to accept the offer.
Accessories are selling for 30-50% more than Acura MSRP and told me they can do 10% off lol. wth
I don't even have wheel lock since they are selling for more than $100, (Acura MSRP about $50). Not willing to gift. I gonna buy the accessories from Curry Acura and install it my own.

I bought it at DCH Tustin Acura. Internet sales Manager Tommy Pham. I email about 12 local dealers in my area (Downey). The ones that responded all quotes were only like 1k off msrp, so I emailed the ones that sent me a quote if they can do 4k off. I mention that I own a 2014 Honda. Most said no or didn't give me a straight answer only DCH Tustin did. I don't know if I could have gotten more off. I didn't ask. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I'm in Minneapolis and one of the local dealers here said they sell the RDX almost as soon as they get them in. Only had a handful in stock. Which means, not much of a discount.....
I went through the Costco Auto website and test drive an A-Spec today. The Costco sell sheet said the discount is $1250 above dealer invoice for all three trim levels.
For an AWD A-Spec I was offered:
MSRP: 46,896
Discount: 1,164
Adjusted price: 45,731
Trade-in: 10,000-- Initially offered 9,400
Fees/taxes: 3,091
OTD price: 38,823
I didn't buy it.
