Almost 1.5 years and the RDX is still solid. Although, people did complain about the infotainment, but the sales didn’t slow down. Acura sold 5,888 units in October and 50K YTD. No change from last year in total sales number. Acura bring the new MDX and TLX now we need to see the same success for these cars as well.

You only read the 4.9% down but ignored the total sales for the year. Also, last year was the first year, for sure the excitement was much higher. Now the car is 1.5 years old and still same YTD numbers. All the negative publicity about the infotainment system didn’t impact. RDX will touch 60K units once again this year also don’t forget the prices of the new RDX is higher than the previous generation.

Enjoy

The charts that people used to post were so much more helpful than a written article. The data is clear for the month and ytd along with prior year % changes and comparisons across segment and model.

2019 is almost coming to an end, and the RDX maintained a good sales number. RDX Will end the year with 60-62K units. Which is amazing. It got some bad publicity related to infotainment, but the overall package is unbeatable. Good luck for 2020 Acura! It’s great to see the RDX is competing in the same line as Q5, GLC and X3. Moreover, beats the brand new QX50 by a huge margin.
