A Hiccup in my Giddyup

I’ve recently been having some strange issues with my 2020 RDX (20k miles). At first, it was vibrating at idle in an unusual way. Then I noticed that at low rpm (800-ish) it would sort of surge and drop - a sort of hiccuping as I would come to a slow stop or roll off idle in a slow acceleration. At one or more points, it even lurched a bit on rolling from idle. I don’t have any problems above 1k rpm, and have been intentionally trying to launch a little quicker than usual, and stop a little quicker too, rather than have these problems persist.

I will add that I ran the tank to near empty pretty recently which reminded me at some point a long time ago someone said is a bad idea because it might stir up “sediment” in the fuel system. I don’t know if that’s the case with modern cars or not. But what else might this be?

Did you consult Acura? Try any fuel cleaner in the gas tank?
