Spotted this while checking if there were announcements or pics of the CDM 2G TLX. Kinda like a PMC for the Chinese market as even the plaque looks similar. Also funny seeing all those badges on the back, and how cluttered it looks with the A-Spec emblem squeezed between RDX and SH-AWD...

De-badge is easy. In some markets brand is everything as a status symbol. I do like the color though.

Aspec with matte grey paint job with some extra chinese badging that can easily be taken off is "truly ugly"

That's the Chinese market for you. Subtlety isn't in vogue. If you have something fancy that's not plastered with all sorts of logos showing how fancy it is, it ain't truly fancy.

True story: I was at the big Muji store in Tokyo and overheard a couple of Chinese tourists exclaim: "Why is this so expensive? There isn't logo for people to know this is Muji." (for those out of the know, Muji in both Japanese and Chinese means something like "Non-branded quality goods", which begs the question why they were so confused...)
