I'm at the end of my lease and with the craziness going on out there with car prices I think I'm just going to purchase it. Any other time it would be a bad decision, but I'm seeing my 2019 RDX for sale in the real world for 10-12k more than what the residual value is !!! Anyway, does anyone have any idea what Acura's typical rates might be if I financed through them? I get that it will only be ballpark, but even if someone knows a range I might fall into. I tried the dealer but it seems impossible to get in touch with their finance dept. I have good credit, 780ish.

You could also extend the lease. The money factor on the lease is likely a lower interest rate than buying it.

Yeah I did call and ask them the terms, they could extend it twice up to 12 months and I would still be paying down the residual value. Definitely an option.

I just extended my lease 6 months. Hopefully enough time for the 2022's to come out. You can get very low interest rated from Lightstream to buy out a lease. I have used them before. bonus is its a no collateral loan so you get the title when you pay off the lease.
