I want to purchase the Service Manual for my 2019 RDX. Dealer says it is not available. Is that true they would launch sales without a service manual? Does any one know where I can purchase the Service Manual or possibly the part number so I can tell my dealer to order it for me?

I'm pretty sure there is a service manual for it...they're just limiting it for Acura Dealers for their service department (at least for now).

Helminc doesn't list any 2019 Acura's yet.

Service info is online by subscription. 3rd-party printed manuals may come out eventually, but I wouldn't hold my breath for an official Acura version.

The latest service manual Helminc lists is for an RDX is 2012. Apparently Acura is following suit with BMW....if you want the factory solution to a maintenance issue, you have to go to dealer. Worse yet: Similar with in Honda and Acura. If you want your ECU 'reflashed' (AKA reloaded) Honda can't do your Acura and Acura can't do your Honda.

I don't know of any automaker that still publishes printed or electronic service information. Most automakers' service information has been web-based and only available by subscription since the mid-2010s.

Get a day subscription to techinfo and download each thing you want as a pdf. Simply click to print the page but instead of printing you can save as a pdf, I downloaded all the manuals I needed to service the car it’s whole life. They recently raised the techinfo subscription prices but it will get you what you want. Acura no longer does a buy a manual and be done, you must have a subscription to their service.

they definitely exist. At some point when my 2019 was new I had the opportunity to request a physical copy of the service manual for free. I have it sitting in my garage just in case. Let me know if you need any pages scanned and sent, I can do that if you need.

I think you might be confusing "Owners Manual" with "Service Manual". The last time I was able to purchase a Service Manual for a car was several decades ago, and it cost several hundred dollars at that time.

I recently paid for a 1 month subscription to Alldata ($20 USD) and downloaded all the wiring diagrams. That only took a few hours. I didn't bother with the repair information because there was just so much information to download. I decided that I would just wait until I had a problem and then pay another $20 at that time.

I have Googled for such a manual, and could not find any reference that one even exists in paper form. I subscribe to a lot of YouTube channels dedicated to diagnosing electrical problems in cars. Everyone of these professional techs makes use of internet services like Alldata. This probably contributed to my belief that paper manuals where no longer available.

Of course on-line manuals are not a bad thing. Information can be found quickly by searching for keywords, and electrical diagrams can be printed, and marked up, and then thrown away when the job is completed. The electrical diagrams are easier to follow because a "wire" becomes highlighted when it is clicked on, and can be easily seen as it travels across the page, and onto the next page.

Can you provide the name of the publisher, or the ISBN number, which may help in my Google searching. I imagine that the cost would be unaffordable even if I could find it somewhere online.

Just found this thread today, I need to change the gear oil in the transfer case of my 2019 RDX. I'd originally planned to it last summer when i changed transmission and and rear diff fluids, but found the the fill plug of the transfer case so difficult to access that I just left it for a later time - which is now. Now I'm looking for a service manual with no luck. If you would still be able to post the relevant pages for transfer case fluid change, I would love to see just what they they do.
