My X came with a spare tire and all the tools necessary to change the tire.

The spare tire well is under the car near the rear bumper. You can check to see if you already have the tools. Open the rear storage compartment (by the lift gate) and once opened you can take out the liner. The tools should be facing you just below were there rear-most seats are.

Here are some videos that will show you where the spare tire goes and where the tools are located (the video says 2014-2017, but its the same for 2018 and I assume 2019).
