Hi Everyone,

I owned a 15 MDX, I drive it to work, and most of the time the traffic is terrible here in NYC, and I feel that, if i drive it in "Comfort"and "Normal" in the stop and go traffic, if i am gentle on the gas, the car will feel like under power, and if i give it more gas, the car will jerk then go, but if I drive in "SPORT" mode, it become very smooth, jerking will reduce 90% at least, as I see in the manual, "Sport" mode is full throttle, so I assuming the jerking is because of the VCM, does anyone have this feeling?

Yes, with my '09 Pilot. Different vehicle but same problem. It's mostly driven by my wife and she doesn't really notice it so I haven't worried about it. But if I drove it frequently I'd look into one of those VCM bypass modules. I'm not sure if they make one for the '15 MDX. I had a friend get one for his '11 Accord which has a VCM V6 in it and it made a big difference. It's largely plug and play. You may want to look into it.

Sounds just like how my '14 operates. Very annoying when it happens. Lucky I seldom drive below 40 MPH. As stated above, check into VCM Muzzler.
