Transmission issues

Hello everyone,
I am considering purchasing the 17 MDX. Just realize there was a recall on the ZF 9-speed transmission. Just wondering is that issue current in the 17's?? Thanks.

I didn't hear about a recall there are TSB to update the software to make shifting smoother. is that what you are talking about? If you ask most people with later model 2016s have no problems with the transmission haven't heard of 17s having problems yet but again they are pretty new. I would imagine they are on the same software as the late 2016s.

Right around 12k. It was 4 months old Aug 28.

Good thing oils have gotten better so we don't have to follow the old oil change every 3000 miles thing anymore. I'd be getting one once a month! Lol.
