tire pressure monitor

Trying to buy either a 17 hybrid or 18 hybrid with tech pckg. Does the tire pressure monitor indicate the tire pressure of each corner regardless of the tire rotation? On my current Lexus, when the dealer rotates the tires, I have to figure out which tire went to which corner....... It's pretty dumb but that's how Lexus set it up. On the other hand, my Mercedes tells me the psi on each corner regardless of tire rotation.

The pressure monitor display shows the TPMS unit at each corner of the vehicle, as measured.....

Your Lexus dealer should be re-syncing the TPMS sensors to the vehicle after the tire rotation, so that they register in the correct position and report accurately in your information display.

The system that Acura uses is self-learning so after driving for a couple minutes the MDX will automatically figure out which sensors are where.

Lexus dealer can't do that because the system isn't designed that way. Even on the display it shows, for example, 34, 35, 34, 36 in a straight line. So unless you actually go out and measure which one was which, one can never tell which wheel has which pressure. it's a much cheaper system than what Acura uses.
