For any fellow 2014 MDX owners, I'm curious if you are hearing the same thing. If I am driving around at low speed (particularly over speed bumps, curb entrances, etc.) with the radio off, I can hear a sloshing noise from the rear of the vehicle. If the vehicle is parked and I rock it back and forth, I can clearly hear the sound outside the vehicle from the rear as well. I assume this is the fuel tank.

Can anyone else verify that you're hearing the noise inside the vehicle? I had a 2008 MDX before and I don't recall ever hearing a noise like this, so it would seem to be unusual that the much quieter 2014 would have this issue.

Is it more noticeable after filling your tank?

I have a 2012, and I hear it all the time after I fill up. It usually goes away as the gas guage gets lower. I assume it's from the gas sloshing on the top part of the tank when it's full.

This was common on earlier MDX's...characteristic of the fuel tank design...really hope they thought about this on the 14's. Is yours AWD or FWD?

This is a 2014 MDX tech AWD. I'll see if the noise changes at all with the tank full and near empty.
