Rear view mirror

I can't seem to remember, is it always in dim mode ? i find it hard to see sometimes in cloudy day. Just wondering if its something I need to have fix if its stuck. Thanks. 17 mdx

Yep! its always in auto dim mode. There is no option to turn it off/on. If you have had tint applied to the rear window it makes it worse.

Also dont like these rimless rearview mirror in newer cars. Occasionally you still get glare from the tiny borders. I much prefer the traditional bordered mirrors with on/off button. And it's sturdier as well, doesn't feel like it's going to break off if you adjust it.

I disagree with you, on that. The frameless mirror is much preferred, to me.
