Looks like the horridly cold temps here and the warm car wash water have claimed their first victim. The top corner of the grill chrome surround has developed "crazed bubbles". Essentially the chrome tape part is separating from the underlying plastic, lets see if the dealer will replace it under warranty next time I take it in for service

They should replace it under warranty. I've seen a couple of threads with this issue over in the 4G TL section.
