MF & RV for 2016 & 17 MDX AWD Tech

Hi new to the board. Looking to lease a 2015, 2016 or 2017 MDX AWD and need the MF & RV so I can calculate the lease payments. If anyone has this info or can direct me to where I can find it, would much appreciate.

Specifically, it would be great to get the MF & RV for each 2015/2016/2017 (not sure if 2017 MF/RV are available yet) model, i.e.:
1. AWD Adv
2. AWD Adv/Ent
3. AWD Tech
4. AWD Tech/Ent

You can get all this info from a dealer. And tell them you want numbers for tier 1 credit

Always try the Edmunds lease forums...you can search for every make/model. Google "Edmunds 2016 Acura MDX lease questions" or something like that and there is a forum and the moderators will give you the MF and Residuals for each month. You can also get an idea of other quotes people have gotten from around the country.

Since I'm looking myself to upgrade my wife's MDX, the '16 MDX SH-AWD with Tech is: MF .00020 & 58% residual (36/10k) and MF .00020 & 57% residual (36/12k). Also, in March there is $1,000 Acura lease cash as well...for all models EXCEPT Base. Hope that helps.

I have not found any evidence that a '16 is an "upgrade" to the one that you own.

You see no value in upgrading a 2008 to a 2016 tech?

I know it's not what you asked, and it's not my business, but one is almost always at a disadvantage when shopping for a payment (which is what leasing is). Good luck.

Just because you know the residual and money factor doesn't mean that you are shopping by monthly payment.

Leasing costs are simple

Monthly lease + down +tags and trash + residual = what the car actually costs. Compare that to your negotiated price +tags and trash and you'll know the true costs of the lease

That is true; I just think the original post was asking about the trees, not the forest.

I think that the gen 2 models are a good evolution that presents an SUV that is refined, reliable, distinctive at great value. They offered this model and it took off in sales and put Acura in pole position. The gen 3 is a perfect example of Acura relying on its past reputation by producing an under-developed, poorly manufactured vehicle utilizing a terrible interface for controls and telematics that eliminated its ability to stay at the top of their game.

If Acura wants the keep the MDX in the spotlight then a 2017 should be the last of the Gen 3. I could never spend 60K on technology that is worse than a 2005 flip phone.

Keep in mind no 2017 will exist until at least July/August.

2016 MDX's will be the only MDX to lease through that time and further.
