MDX Navi will not hang up the telephone

MDX Navi will not hang up the telephone
My 2014 mdx navi will not hang up the telephone after a call. Funny thing is all the navi models on the dealer lot will not hang up either. The tech and advance models will hang up as well as the new RLX. The only difference in the models is the radio, software is the same. And it may just be the Canada models as there are no complaints yet posted. Any ideas?

I know my response will probably not be helpful but I have not experienced this in my '14 MDX Advance.

In my elite mdx in Canada, it does hang up however it is a bit slow.

Its only the Navi models and only in Canada. All other models and all US models are ok. Acura is aware of and is working on the problem.
