Let's compare winter time mpgs!
I live in the Chicago area and this is the mpg I get during the winter after doing about 3000 miles in the Sh AWD tech 2014 MDX.
15-16 mpg city 19-22 highway 17 to 18 mpg combined city & highway.

I just bought my 2014 MDX ast month. Here in frigid Ottawa (-21c today), I have been getting pretty awful mpg. so far it's around 17mpg combined, maybe getting 23 or 24mpg highway.
I understand low-temp MPG, new car MPG and winter gas MPG are all lower than expected, so hopefully by spring I will see some improvements.

You will, I went from 19-20 city driving with the AC on in the fall to about 16-17 in the Winter. That is at least 4-5 miles per gallon better than my Enclave I traded in. That is CITTY driving with heaters and defrosters working and very poor driving conditions. All of that effects MPG! When I drove on highways and very limited stopping over a far distance, I got 28 mile per gallon last fall. Still pretty darn good!

I just bought my 2014 MDX about 2 weeks ago. Already put 1K miles on it and have averaged ~22mpg over those miles. My last several two fill ups (since I owned the car) I've averaged about 24.5mpg per tank. That being said I drive mostly on the highway and when I look at my average speed it is usually around 35 mph. With the '14 MDX I can usually go further than I went with my '13 and the 14's tank is smaller. So far I'm loving the mileage for it being a pretty good sized SUV.

My milage is sucking too, but its mostly city. My F150 ecoboost is sucking gas like a demon too. Snow tires plus temps of -20F = baddddd FE

My grill has gone crinkly :(
Looks like the horridly cold temps here and the warm car wash water have claimed their first victim. The top corner of the grill chrome surround has developed "crazed bubbles". Essentially the chrome tape part is separating from the underlying plastic, lets see if the dealer will replace it under warranty next time I take it in for service

Have only run 2 tanks through my 2014 MDX AWD and so far getting between 17-18mpg.
But, it is -20 degrees C in Calgary, and mostly city/ stop & go driving; so I don't feel too bad.
This is roughly the same fuel economy as my 2005 Odyssey EX-l (3.5 V6 FWD with cylinder deactivation), So I don't feel too bad.
I am curious to see what it is like when the weather warms up.....

Update:
I took the vehicle on a 1000km (600-mile) round-trip this weekend. Almost all of the driving was on the highway at about 130km/h (80mph). Very pleased to report an average fuel use over the whole trip of 9.2l/100km, or 25.5MPG.
For winter, with a four-wheel drive vehicle, and traveling pretty quickly... really not bad at all!

Getting worse than that. Last I checked she was at 12.5 mpg. All city with an occasional remote start. Still under 1K on the odometer. Could barely get 20 on the drive home which was all highway.
