Hood Deflector for 2018 MDX?

Does anyone know where/if we can find a hood deflector/bug shield for the 2018 MDX? I had one from AVS on my Murano and that prevented a lot of highway chips but so far have not been able to find one for the 2018 MDX. Hoping someone here has been able to locate one?

You might try calling weathertech if there any demands for it and if so i think they are willing to make it.

Called and registered interest. May be other folks with the 17-18 can do it as well? Just need sufficient interest. A bug deflector is way cheaper and easier than clear bra to keep the hood free from chips and debris.

The last time I had a bug shield was on my old Chevy truck, and I found that I still got plenty of rock chips -- the bug guards are not effective. So I'd recommend avoiding bug shields. They're a waste of money, and ugly, too.

I have Llumar Platinum Paint Protection Film installed over the headlights and fog lights of my MDX. They can apply it over the hood, too, if you want. It is more expensive, sure, but I believe doing the front of the MDX would have only been about $200 -- not a bad price, imo.

Cheapest quote I'm getting for the front bumper, front part of hood and front side panels is around 700. Not sure if that is worth it.

No, that's outrageous. The place that did my headlights ($80) would have done the front of the hood/bumper for $200.

On a serious note, let me know if anyone knows a place in Norcal that is not outrageous.
