Had a 13' MDX base lease, traded for a 16' civic ex-l lease and now 19' MDX tech lease.
Got a pretty good deal (at least i think i did), 36month, 10k miles a year. The Civic had one more payment left before maturity and Acura ate it.

Gross cap cost: $42,538
Price OTD: $44,131
Money factor- tier 1Money out of pocket due: $750 which included first month pay.
Monthly pay: $500 + tax

Entire Deal was pretty much negotiated over e-mail (started at $590 month + tax) the only phone calls were to run the credit and for delivery of the car. Yes, they brought the MDX to my house along with the paperwork to be signed and they took the civic away. I did not have to step foot inside of the dealership, which to me is AWESOME. The extras on the car were rubber mats, tinted front windows, door edge films, wheels lock. The sales guy was very nice, he delivered all that was promised and the whole experience was great.

While I think leases are a really bad way to get into a car, it appears you did well.
The only time we spent time at the dealer was to drop my truck off sign the papers and drive off on our new MDX Tech. It should have taken less than 2 hours but we ended up closer to three because they had computer issues and the F&I guy got a bit behind.

Nice pick up OP! Those edge guards come in handy and save you from door chips. I had a local shop install door edge and top rear bumper guards with clear headlight coverings.
