2017 Mdx Side Mirror swap to 2014-2016 Mdx?
Calling all Acura Tech expert. Can anyone tell me if a 2017 Mdx side mirror fit a 2014-2016 Mdx? 2017 Mdx comes with power folding mirrors. Is it plug and play if swap to 2014-2016 MDX's?

Thanks KB1spec.. The old Civic is a lot easier because youre only dealing with 4-6 wires.. The MDX I believe 16-17 wires LOL but thank you tho..

Looked back into the parts list I started making and forgot that the mirror controller is separate from the windows. SO you need 35190-TX4-H11 and 83560-TZ5-A01ZA I THINK. I wanted to wait for ebay listings of used parts to show up to verify (or I guess I can ask the parts guy at the dealer).

If it is the former function in the MDX, then you have no worries. If it is the later, some programming MAY be needed (though I doubt it). Another thing to note is that in we had power folding mirrors since the 2014 model year, so if you can find online canaidan vendors willing to sell you the parts it could be WAY easier and cheaper with the favourable exchange rate.

Do the mirrors auto-unfold in the MDX? The mirrors in my Sorento are power folding and unfolding however I can only unfold/fold via a button near the mirror adjustment controls or by pressing lock/unlock on the keyfob twice. The 2016+ Sorento has auto unfolding mirrors that unfold upon approaching the Sorento and fold when locked via smart key button on door handle.
