AcuraLink - Thoughts?

For the few lucky folks that have picked up their 3rd gen MDX, just curious to hear your thoughts on Acura Link and whether its lived up to the marketing hype?

What is it that you like? what is it that hate?

As I understand there is a free version and also a subscription version that gives you some additional features. Curious to understand what the difference is?

I signed up for four years of the 'Connect' package right off the bat. If you sign up for 3+ years at once you get it at $199 per year. It gives me the ability to pull info/diags from my car via an iPhone app as well as send some remote control directions such as Lock, Unlock, Blink lights, and blink lights and honk horn (Remote Start is not supported yet...however, researching the company that provides the service for Acura - Agero - they DO support Remote start so I hope it's coming). Also, and I use this feature A LOT, I have the ability to find destinations/POIs and send them directly to my Nav without having to enter them in the car.

With my subscription also came 90 days free Premium service which includes the concierge. I actually had an opportunity to use this feature as we were lost and when I hit the button I was connected to a concierge who looked up the directions and sent them directly to my Nav for me. Pretty cool but I'm not certain I'll upgrade to the Premium package (they are also supposed to be able to make reservations, ticket purchases, etc on your behalf).

All in all it's a pretty sweet feature I just desperately hope they add Remote Start to the Connect App.
