2019 MDX Acura Link app not working

Hello, on Wednesday I took delivery of my 19 MDX with tech and entertainment.
The Acura link app has not worked since. The remote/lock unlock feature etc is not showing up in the app at all.
I have tried everything. Including a call to tech support only to be told I would receive a call back in 2 days. Still nothing.
Many one have any advice?

It usually takes a few weeks for the vin to get reported to Acura and posted to their web site.

Did you call acuralink from the car by pushing the acuralink button and enabling your trial subscription first? If not app won't do anything. Then you just add your VIN to the app
