Hi, i just bought a white 2016 Acura MDX and I love this MDX. First time owning an ACURA and i got to say I love this brand. One thing that i wanted to change on my MDX was the Beak (Front grill) that in my opinion is a bit too big, and i guess the reason they took it out on the 2017 models.

I'll post pictures of before and after. I would like to get your opinion

Looks great! Been debating doing this. Did you have someone paint it in place or did you take it off?

I painted mine in place.

Looks 100 times better. I did the same with my '15. I used black 3M vinyl wrap.

Thanks guys for your comments, I also used a 3m vinyl wrap. I'm also thinking of doing the roof as well, i love the look on a lot of models that have panoramic sunroofs, like this mercedes. It looks like the windshield just continues on the roof, i'll post pics when i decide to do it

I like the original. Blacked out looks like a cartoon artist drawn face like one would see in the movie CARS. My 2 cents.

How did you black out the grill? Did you replace with one that was already painted? If so, do you have a link to share?
